Building on the momentum of community service that leads the Central University of Venezuela in the community of Pasaguaca, a committee of the Foundation of Venezuela Geoparks traveled to the area to assess their potential geotourism.
adobe dwellings, mystical rocks, waterfalls, flora, fauna, archeology, art and a community organized according to the appropriation of cocoa and transform their realities are part of the dynamics of this valley, a village of 442 years of existence and anthropological and geological history much older.
was emphasized in the evaluation of the route leading to the waterfall Chorrerón, more than 70 meters, which can be covered in about 90 minutes at a brisk pace, a difficulty of lower-middle route, with multiple river crossings, through a variety of crops surrounded by forest with high biodiversity.
